Terrell Tigers Chase First Title Since 1957
Program's last championship came 67 years ago when they dominated Brady in the 2A final.
Terrell won state titles in 1952 and 1957, with their most recent crown coming in 1957 when the Tigers defeated Brady 41-6 in the 2A championship game. That dominant performance remains the program's last state title.
As the Tigers prepare for the new season, they'll be chasing their first championship in nearly seven decades. The 1957 team set a high bar: that 35-point victory over Brady stands as a reminder of what Terrell football once achieved.
